• アプリ設定: 音量、バイブレーション、ビジュアル設定等のユーザー設定
• セッション履歴: 呼吸トレーニングの実施日時、所要時間、ラウンド数
• カスタムエクササイズ: ユーザーが作成した呼吸エクササイズの設定

これらのデータはすべてデバイス内にのみ保存され、外部サーバーへの送信は一切行いません。

第三者へのデータ提供

本アプリは、いかなるデータも第三者に提供、共有、または販売しません。

分析・トラッキング

本アプリは、アクセス解析ツールや広告トラッキングツールを使用しません。

データの削除

アプリをアンインストールすることで、デバイスに保存されたすべてのデータが削除されます。
